Room Options

There are three rate options; regular rates are for any number of  people for any length of stay from 1-10 nights. There is a 10% discount  for extended stays of 11-20 nights. There is a 15% discount for further extended stays of 21+ nights. There is a 30% discount for a family of 4 or more people who stay 21+ nights.  

The rate is stated in USD to avoid the inconsistent conversion rate and the payment is in cash.

Room and meals rates already included tax demands by the government
 

The service charge is 6% which will be added to the total payment 

Down payment as arrival is encouraging 

For mission teams made up of 10+ people and are willing to use shared Bath and rooms:

 $30/night/person including breakfast and 15% Vat
